The website of Foundation for Women’s Health Promotion and Welfare Initiatives (FWHPWI) is open for all to browse without telling us who you are. We collect personal information from you: (a) when you develop interest on the activities of FWHPWI and wishes to encourage our endeavours by becoming a member, a volunteer, a donor or to subscribe any of our gadgets. Our online application forms require that you provide relevant personal information indicated on the forms. The forms indicate which personal information are required and which are optional. (b) When you use our website, you can from time to time enter or send to us personal information (for instance, through connected social media platforms).

When you disclose your interest on our activities through the online form, we create personal file for you and we use information from your file to provide you the best of your interest on FWHPWI’s activities like your subscriptions to our gadgets, and your activities and experience as donor, member or volunteer. We may also use your personal information (tailored to meet your interests) for promotional efforts to improve FWHPWI’s Anti-Cancer Activities.
